Tips for a telephone interview for SAP End User

I have a telephone interview for the job?I mentioned in my question,?I am currently a SAP trainer for sales and distribution.

But this job requires offering support to ERP customers and support, which means i will be travelling around learning company processes and implementing the training for SAP. I’m not 100% sure what will be expected of me though, please help?

    2. This job will require a lot of interaction with the end-users. You need to be an effective communicator. I think they will check your communication skills and ask you about any training and documentation you have done in the current job or the previous jobs.
